Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be submitted to LinkLan in writing 30 days prior to next billing cycle. You may submit your cancellation requests by email, fax and/or direct mail or phone as noted on the Contact Us page. Your request will not be considered valid until you receive confirmation from LinkLan acknowledging notice. The confirmation email or number given by LinkLan will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.

Refund Policy

LinkLan does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of services. LinkLan does not offer any full or partial refund for any transaction charges, funds spent directly with third parties, services already delivered or other miscellaneous charges throughout the course of service delivery by LinkLan.

Modification:

LinkLan reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy at any time without notice.
